Wes Arrington, CEO, specializes in strategic information technology and business strategy issues. Wes has extensive experience as a senior operations executive providing outsourced information technology services to the automotive and aerospace industries. He has held a number of significant positions at Covisint, EDS and General Motors. He is recognized as a leading innovator in the application of technology to improve business operations, having received three CIO Magazine Top 100 awards. He has managed large global organizations with overall responsibility for software development, system integration, data center operations, quality assurance, security, professional services, marketing, sales and major account management.


Lawrence Dolph, Vice President, has founded four start-ups and served as a creative director at some of the world’s leading advertising agencies, including McCann-Erickson, Campbell-Ewald and Saatchi and Saatchi. As a communication, product and organization development consultant, he provided engineering, manufacturing and marketing services to over 70 clients, including General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, DaimlerChrysler and Toyota. He led the creation of the original Heartbeat of American campaign for Chevrolet and served as a co-creator of the General Motors Vehicle Launch Center, helping to increase GM's stock value by billions of dollars.


Daniel Dempsey, Managing Director and Co-Founder, has founded two successful start ups and served as President of Custom Marketing Solutions, a direct mail company that facilitates targeted marketing promotions to auto dealers nationwide.  He also is owner of Fivers Trading Company, an import company that imports goods from China.  Dan also spent several years traveling the U.S. as an automotive consultant training Dealers, General Managers, Finance Managers and Sales Consultants how to increase their volume and gross profits.

Keith McKinzie, Managing Director and Co-Founder, has been an automotive dealer for the past 15 years in Minnesota.  He dealerships are viewed as model stores and operate top in their zones.  He runs several fanchise dealerships including Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ford, Mercury and Polaris.  He is also the President of The Chevrolet Dealers Advertising Association for Minnesota.  Before entering the automotive industry, Keith was an executive in the cable industry and assisted in leading that company through a successful IPO.


S.F. Cook, General Manager and Co-Founder, has operated a successful automotive consulting business for the past several years.  He is viewed as an expert in the automotive retail industry.  Mr. Cook has helped his clients increase volume sales and gross profits and has helped them set records nationwide.  Mr. Cook has trained literally hundreds of General Managers, Sales Managers, Finance Managers and Sales Consultants through out the U.S..


Bob Royce, Director, has over 15 years of management experience with early stage technology companies, providing leadership in marketing, business development, solution selling, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across a variety of vertical industries. His experience includes turning around a technology consulting company struggling to respond to new disruptive technology and crafting the acquisition story for a venture backed eCommerce company that acquired a dozen companies leading to a successful IPO. He has led solution development teams closing multi-million-dollar engagements and helped a biotech software company secure $2MM in state and federal funding.
